I am currently a PhD researcher at the University of Dundee. I completed my undergraduate education at Ankara University Faculty of Law, one of the best law faculties in Turkey. During my undergraduate education, I voluntarily worked on projects supported by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Turkey. After completing my undergraduate education, I came to the UK to study in the field of Maritime Law to meet the academic staff needs in Turkey with a scholarship from the Ministry of National Education of the Republic of Turkey. I completed my master's degree at the University of Dundee. I submitted my thesis titled "Buyer Remedies in CIF Incoterms Covered Contract of Sale Under English Sales Law and The Vienna Convention on International Sale of Goods (1980)". After completing my LLM, I started a PhD at the University of Dundee a month later; I am in my second year of PhD. The Ministry of National Education of the Republic of Turkey sponsors my Master's and PhD process.
My research interests are economic law, autonomous ships' legal status, blockchain safety in maritime trade, insurance law, and contracts law.
