Dr Patricia Živković

Dr Patricia Živković holds a position of Lecturer in International Dispute Resolution at the University of Aberdeen. Before joining the University of Aberdeen, Dr Živković worked as Head of Legal in an IT company and as a counsel in a law firm. Her focus in teaching and researching includes international dispute resolution, with an emphasis on international commercial arbitration, private international law, commercial law, international sales of goods, the law of the European Union, and IT law. In the field of IT law, her focus is on data protection, the regulation of biometric data, use of blockchain in a supply chain, and AI. She also coordinates and teaches a course on the regulation of biometric data and profiling.
